Drats!

Ugh! Now I remember why we made the move to digital cameras. Though some of the pictures came out great, the ones that I wanted to see the most are all either blurred, too dark or the snow nearly overcame the lenses and the picture is full of white specs. I was frustrated, to say the least, when I returned to my dorm to tear into my pictures and realized that I didn’t have an adequate photo of the cabin. I threw a small tantrum, but Brad merely shrugged it off and said that I would just have to get a better picture the next time that I was up there. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this ski trip that he’s been talking about/planning goes through so I can seize the opportunity. Otherwise, I got some pretty good shots of the lake from the truck though and I’m about to post my favorites of the fail shots that I took. It was a cool idea, but from now on I’m going to stick to my digital camera…if I have it on me… and I would have it on me if I had a purse to keep it in. I guess I need to make an investment or just wait for three more weeks until I return home to see my mother for the first time in nearly four months.
